Microchip Technology USB3320C-EZK
The USB3320C-EZK is a 1/1 Transceiver Half USB 2.0, which is optimized for high-speed data transfer and low-voltage operations. It is from Microchip Technology. The USB3320C-EZK features integrated ESD protection circuits, capable of withstanding up to ±15kV IEC Air Discharge without the need for external devices.
It also has an over-voltage Protection circuit (OVP) that protects the VBUS pin from continuous DC voltages up to 30V. Moreover, it comes with an integrated USB Switch, ensuring no degradation of Hi-Speed electrical characteristics. This switch allows a single USB port of connection by providing switching functions for battery charging, stereo and mono/mic audio, and USB Full-Speed/Low-Speed data.
Additionally, it utilizes flexPWR Technology, which features a low current design ideal for battery-powered applications. In "Sleep" mode, it tri-states all ULPI pins and puts the part in a low current state. It has an I/O voltage range of 1.8V to 3.3V (±10%), an integrated battery to 3.3V regulator, a 2.2uF bypass capacitor, and a 100mV dropout voltage.
